For the 47th time, Pride will be celebrated in Berlin at the end of July. Christopher Street Day commemorates the first major uprising of the LGBTQ community in New York against police violence. In Berlin, Pride is celebrated with a large parade through the city, among other events.

Once a year, the University of the Arts invites visitors to open house tours, where students showcase their works. Additionally, there are performances, fashion shows, film screenings, concerts, and, of course, food and drinks available on the campus.

As part of the festival for contemporary dance, various dance performances, workshops and lectures will take place in Berlin in the second half of August.
AUGUST
Pop-Kultur is an international festival at which artists from all over the world present their works and positions. In addition to concerts, readings and film screenings, discussions and workshops will also take place on the grounds of the Kulturbrauerei.
AUGUST 30
Once a year, around 80 Berlin museums open their doors at night - and offer musical entertainment, snacks and drinks as well as special events in addition to the regular exhibitions.

Once a year, important artists from Berlin's contemporary art scene come together for Berlin Art Week. Various performances, art exhibitions, screenings and workshops take place throughout the city during the festival.
SEPTEMBER
Readings, talks, encounters: during the International Literature Festival, or ilb for short, the organizers are putting on a unique programme of literature and literature education, with venues all over the city.
OCTOBER
For one week, numerous Berlin buildings, streets, squares and landmarks will be illuminated with breathtaking light installations! The light installations by national and international artists are open to the public and spread throughout the city.
OCTOBER/NOVEMBER
As one of the oldest and most renowned jazz festivals in Europe, the Jazzfest has been bringing icons of the jazz scene and up-and-coming talents to Berlin for many decades. The venue is the Berliner Festspiele.
