How is the location of the hotel?
The sly is located in Petersburger Straße - in the middle of Berlin Friedrichshain. A lot of famous sights in and around Berlin, as well as unique restaurants, bars and clubs can be reached by foot, by public transport or by car.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EC, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. A credit card is always required for guarantee. We kindly ask you to avoid cash payment. Thank you very much!
Are dogs allowed in your hotel?
Yes, dogs are very welcome with us! For EUR 25,00 per day your furry friend receives a dog bed and treats.
What is included in the room rate?
The room rate includes Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, two bottles of mineral water upon arrival and the use of our wellness and fitness area.
Is the hotel fully accessible?
Yes, the sly Hotel is fully accessible and has elevators to facilitate the access to all areas. We also have equipped rooms for people with mobility impairments and there are accessible toilets and ample space for wheelchairs in the public areas.
How do I get to sly by public transport?
From Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), take the M5, M8 or M10 tram directly to Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Straße, the closest stop to the hotel. The nearest U-Bahn station is Frankfurter Tor (U5). From there, it’s a short ride on the M10 tram.
Is it possible to charge an electric car in your underground parking?
There are several charging stations in our underground parking garage that you can use to charge your electric car during your stay.
The charging stations have a charging capacity of 11kW and are charged using a Mode 3 cable. The charging time depends on the respective vehicle and the current charge level.
At what time is breakfast served? Does the breakfast cost extra?
We welcome you to our varied breakfast buffet from
Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 10.30 am and on weekends and holidays from 6.30 am to 11.00 am.
If you have booked without breakfast, you can have breakfast for EUR 28,00 per person.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant and the bar?
Our restaurant is open daily from 5 pm to 10 pm.
The bar is open Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 11.30 pm, and Friday & Saturday from 9 am to 12.30 am.
What are the gym's opening hours and what equipment is available?
The gym in House Yellow is open 24/7 and features LifeFitness machines, weights, water, and towels. Yoga mats are available at the reception on request.
What are the sauna opening hours?
Our sauna is open daily from 9 am to 11 pm. The access is only permitted from the age of 14.
Do you have roomservice?
Unfortunately, we do not offer room service, but you have the possibility to buy snacks and drinks at any time in our in-house open-late store.
What are the options for families with children?
Children up to 5 years old stay for free in their parents' bed and enjoy complimentary breakfast at the sly restaurant. In all room categories, children can share the parents' bed. Baby cribs are provided at no extra cost. An extra bed on a chair or sofa is available in sly courtyard and sly signature rooms starting from €50.
How are the rooms equipped?
Our rooms are equipped with a coffee machine including capsules. You will also find a safe, heating and air conditioning, a television, a king-size bed, a Marshall Bluetooth sound system, and underfloor heating.
In the bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, Molton Brown shower amenities, ironing facilities, and slippers.
How is the Loft equipped?
The sly Loft has all the standard amenities of our rooms, plus a minibar replenished daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. It also features a large bathtub and a billiard table.
